Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Manager, RN Clinical Support Partner-PACE to lead the PACE Education and Training Department across multiple locations in California. The role oversees the competency assessment programs for Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants, and Personal Care Attendants according to CMS-PACE and California DHS requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience with the frail elderly (Geriatric) population per CMS PACE regulations.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a PACE program is required.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on training experience developing programs and procedures.
Current unrestricted California RN license is required.
Current CA Driver's License required.
Soft and hard training skills required and experience.
Experience with LMS training modules preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the PACE Education and Training Department with clinical oversight of the team.
Develop and implement competency assessments for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, MAs, and PCAs across PACE/ACS.
Collaborate with PACE stakeholders to produce standardized, evidence-based training materials.
Focus on knowledge, skills, and attitudes to improve safety and quality of healthcare delivery.
