Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN to lead Medical-Surgical Services during nights and evenings. You will ensure safe, high-quality patient care, staff staffing, and efficient bed management while collaborating with physicians and clinical managers.

You will mentor team members, promote change, monitor performance, and uphold Mercy Service Standards as part of a mission-driven care environment. A BSN and 3–5 years hospital nursing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required; current license in applicable state
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience
• Demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate staffing and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office
• Lead clinical teams and promote a positive, professional work environment
• Collaborate with physicians, Clinical Manager and administrative staff to improve processes
• Mentor and guide staff to provide safe, high-quality patient care
