Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN to ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective care across units. You will supervise staffing, patient flow, and bed management while mentoring coworkers and promoting Mercy’s mission and service standards.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, 3–5 years hospital nursing experience, and AHA Provider card or course completed within probation. BSN preferred; comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state
• 3–5 years hospital nursing experience
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or course within probation period
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Assures delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care
• Oversees staffing to ensure appropriate patient coverage
• Involved in patient flow and bed management with Staffing Office
• Leads staff through change with mentorship and accountability
• Collaborates with physicians and administrative personnel to improve processes
