Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Nights & Evenings in a hospital setting. The role ensures safe, high-quality patient care, optimal staffing, and efficient bed management in collaboration with the Staffing Office.

You will mentor staff, model professional standards, and drive process improvements aligned with Mercy values. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, an active RN license, and AHA Healthcare Provider certification or within probation period.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Licensure: Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Certification/Registration: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
