Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing teams, ensure safe and efficient patient care, and work with the Staffing Office to optimize bed management and throughput. You will mentor staff, uphold Mercy standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across units.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license and 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, with current or probation-period certifications in ACLS/TNCC/ENPC/PALS as required. A Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.

Competenze

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Certification requirements: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or equivalent, TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS as applicable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ensure safe, high quality, cost-effective care through competent staffing and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff to optimize patient flow and bed management.
