Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee evening/night shift nursing operations in a hospital setting in Oklahoma. The role ensures safe, high-quality patient care, effective staffing, and collaboration with the care team to meet productivity and financial goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, an active RN license, and Bachelors in Nursing plus ongoing readiness for certified provider training (AHA, TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Assures delivery of safe, high-quality care and optimal staffing.
• Collaborates with physicians and administrative staff to improve processes across the continuum.
• Manages patient flow and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Leads and mentors staff to promote change and accountability.
