VCU Health System Authority is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide clinical coordination and supervision across shifts. You will follow physician orders, uphold Virginia nursing regulations, and apply ANA ethical standards in daily practice.

The role requires a diploma or associate degree with enrollment in an RN to BSN program within two years and completion within five years; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Academic health care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree from an approved nursing program.
• Must enroll in RN to BSN within 2 years and complete within 5 years.
• Virginia RN licensure or eligibility/compact state licensure.

Responsabilités

• Follows physician/licensed independent provider orders.
• Practices within Virginia nursing regulations and ANA code.
• Organizes work with input from patient/family and demonstrates clinical judgment.
• Supervises others (RN/LPN/Care Partners) and delegates tasks.
• Shift rotation and scheduling to meet unit requirements.
