Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient flow and coordinates activities and communication for the nursing unit during the assigned shift.
• Ensures delivery of patient care with efficiency, empathy and courtesy.
• Organizes work and delegates tasks; supervises staff as applicable.
• Follows physician/provider orders and adheres to nursing standards and policies.
