VCU Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to provide unit leadership and manage day-to-day operations. Under the Nurse Manager, you will oversee staffing, human resources, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship while ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires an active Virginia RN license, BLS, a Baccalaureate in Nursing, and at least three years of clinical experience with one year in a leadership capacity.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible.
• AHA BLS Certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience with at least one (1) year in a lead, charge or supervisory nursing role.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
