The RN Clinical Administrator provides oversight of clinical services, staff performance, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and agency operations while ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build and support a strong clinical team, maintain regulatory compliance, improve patient outcomes, and drive accountability and agency growth. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing clinical leadership with the operational responsibilities of running a successful home health agency.

Office Hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm
Starting wage of $90,000 additional compensation based on relevant experience in Home Health and previous leadership experience.

Current, unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Meets applicable Wisconsin requirements to serve as a Home Health Agency Administrator.
Home health clinical experience is strongly preferred.
Previous nursing leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation and Wisconsin home health regulations preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage clinical quality while supporting staffing, operational, and business goals.
BSN preferred but not required based on applicable experience and qualifications.
