Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum three years experience in varied clinical settings; two years in Utilization Review/Management or Case Management preferred.
• Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Establish safe discharge planning and timely patient transitions.
• Provide utilization management to maximize reimbursement for visits.
• Collaborate with patient, family and healthcare team.
