Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead discharge planning and provide timely utilization management services in Southern Nevada. You will collaborate with patients, families and the healthcare team to ensure safe transitions and maximize reimbursement for visits.

Requirements include RN license in Nevada, a minimum of three years of varied clinical experience, and knowledge of discharge planning and community resources; two years in utilization review or case management

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: 3+ years in varied clinical settings. 2 years in Utilization Review/Utilization Management/Case Management preferred.
• Licenses: Active RN license in Nevada.
