Job summary

The role involves utilization management, insurance reviews, and supporting Medicare certification processes. A strong emphasis on patient care, teamwork, and service excellence is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in TX with BSN or equivalent and at least five years of clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association on hire or within 30 days, maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership in delivering departmental services and coordinates care across the healthcare team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and assesses patient healthcare and education needs to ensure seamless, cost-effective care.
