Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for 1:1 patient care, performing comprehensive assessments, and developing individualized care plans. You will administer medications, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with the health team to adjust plans as patients progress.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
• Develop an individualized plan of care for each client that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings.
• Provide interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
• Report changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress towards goals and outcomes.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Maintain client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
• Initiate referrals as needed to other health team members.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

Compensation:

Starting wage $42/hour to $52/hour

Work Schedule

• 1 on 1 patient care allowing you to do what you do best
• Flexible scheduling for family, work, and school balance
• Days: 8am to 5pm
• Hourly visits
• Occasional Holidays - Time and a Half
• Part time and PRN needed
