Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare in Colorado is seeking registered nurses for PRN, part-time or full-time roles to deliver high-quality home health care, promoting independence and recovery for patients.

You will perform initial evaluation visits, develop and revise plans of care, document progress, meet productivity standards, and provide specialized nursing services.

Requires RN license in state, 1 year home health experience, BLS, reliable transportation; benefits include competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of the job posting.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a home health setting.
• Must have current BLS Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs.
• Meet Daily Productivity Standards.
• Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.

Job Type and Pay:

PRN, Part time and Full-time

• $43-$52/hr
