Qualifications

• RN license and current licensure in the state of practice.
• CCM or URAC-certified or the ability to obtain within three years.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing development of nurse case managers.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and workflow; perform quality reviews and audits.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure URAC compliance and process improvements.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, and workforce planning efforts.
• Travel up to 25% to support operations.
