This role emphasizes process improvement, workflow optimization, and URAC/compliance oversight, with travel up to 25% and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Workers' Compensation Case Management experience or related experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
• Sound clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• URAC compliance awareness and quality-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing development of nurse case managers.
• Foster a collaborative culture built on accountability, respect, and learning.
• Coach employees through performance management and career growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and workflow; conduct audits and provide feedback.
• Serve as a clinical/operational resource and ensure URAC compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service quality.
• Travel up to 25% to support operations.
