Job summary

OHARA, LLC seeks a Case Manager Supervisor (RN) to lead a team of nurse case managers delivering patient-centered care. You will coach, mentor, and evaluate staff, drive performance, and ensure quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor workloads, perform audits, and collaborate with leadership to meet URAC standards while supporting growth and change across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Workers' Compensation case management experience.
• Prior supervisory or people-management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing development of nurse case managers.
• Foster a collaborative culture built on accountability and continuous learning.
• Coach staff through performance management and career growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support development initiatives.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and workflow distribution.
• Perform case audits and quality reviews with constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with URAC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Track KPIs and quality outcomes; participate in strategic planning.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and workforce planning; travel up to 25%.
