Job summary

OHARA, LLC is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor (RN) to lead and coach a team of nurse case managers, focusing on injured individuals' outcomes in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes onboarding, mentorship, performance reviews, and ensuring quality care while managing workflows and regulatory compliance, including URAC standards. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Workers' Compensation Case Management experience or related experience required.
• Prior supervisory, leadership, or people-management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing development of nurse case managers.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and workflow distribution to support operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with URAC standards and regulatory requirements; identify workflow improvements.
