Job summary

OHARA, LLC is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor (RN) to lead a team of nurse case managers dedicated to helping injured individuals achieve the best outcomes. This role blends clinical expertise with leadership in a patient-centered environment.

You will drive onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and quality audits while ensuring URAC compliance and efficient workflows. A strong candidate will have 3–5 years in workers' compensation case management, current RN license, and CCM or URAC

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Workers' Compensation Case Management experience.
• Supervisory or people-management experience preferred.
• Leadership, coaching, and team development skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Clinical judgment and critical thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, mentor, and develop nurse case managers.
• Foster a collaborative culture built on accountability and learning.
• Coach through performance management and career growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth initiatives.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and workflow distribution.
• Perform case audits and quality reviews.
• Provide clinical and operational resource for staff.
• Ensure compliance with URAC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Track KPIs, productivity, and quality outcomes.
• Support strategic planning and organizational initiatives.
