Job summary

OHARA, LLC is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor (RN) in Eagan, MN to lead a team of nurse case managers and drive high-quality patient-centered outcomes.

You will coach, mentor, and onboard staff, manage performance, and ensure compliance with URAC standards while coordinating with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Workers' Compensation Case Management experience or related experience required.
• Prior supervisory, leadership, or people-management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
• Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing development of nurse case managers.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture built on accountability, respect, and continuous learning.

• Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth initiatives.

• Partner with leadership to ensure compliance with URAC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate service quality.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity metrics, and quality outcomes.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and support business objectives.
• Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives that shape the future of our case management services.

What You'll Do

Support Growth

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, workforce planning, and employee retention efforts.
• Participate in customer relations, business development, and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Travel up to 25% to support operations and team needs.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of Workers' Compensation Case Management experience or related experience required
• Prior supervisory, leadership, or people-management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems
• Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities

Licenses & Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CCM (Certified Case Manager) credential or another URAC-approved certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
