- Guide the onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing development of nurse case managers.

- Monitor caseloads, productivity, and workflow distribution to support operational success.
- Perform case audits and quality reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations.
- Serve as a clinical and operational resource for staff members.
- Partner with leadership to ensure compliance with URAC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate service quality.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity metrics, and quality outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and support business objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives that shape the future of our case management services.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, workforce planning, and employee retention efforts.
- Participate in customer relations, business development, and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Travel up to 25% to support operations and team needs.
- 3 to 5 years of Workers' Compensation Case Management experience or related experience required
- Prior supervisory, leadership, or people-management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems
- Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CCM (Certified Case Manager) credential or another URAC-approved certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
