Job summary

OHARA, LLC is seeking an experienced Case Manager Supervisor (RN) in Sioux Falls, SD to lead a team of nurse case managers and telephonic case managers. You will mentor staff, drive quality care, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with leadership to shape a high-performing, patient-centered program.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and process improvements to deliver optimal injury outcomes and high-quality service for patients and providers alike.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Workers' Compensation Case Management experience or related experience required.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing development of nurse case managers.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture built on accountability and continuous learning.
• Coach employees through performance management and career growth initiatives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support advancement opportunities.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and workflow distribution to ensure operational success.
• Perform case audits and quality reviews with constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with URAC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service quality.
• Travel up to 25% to support operations and team needs.
