Regency at Westland, part of Ciena Healthcare, is seeking an RN to oversee and coordinate resident care on assigned shifts, ensuring safety and quality. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans while supervising LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an RN.
• CPR certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises LPNs, CNAs, and other staff providing direct care.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work aligned with resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety.
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed.
• Completes performance evaluations and provides input on hiring or disciplinary actions.
• Oversee unit operations during absence of higher-level management.
