Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing for the applicable state.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle information securely.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care by displaying proficiency in this role and executing responsibilities safely.
• Coordinate patient care and triage via standardized protocols and team collaboration.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support ongoing self-management and outcomes.
• Collaborate with care team to implement and monitor care plans and ensure timely follow-up.
• Participate in care team meetings and contribute to clinic operations.
