Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in NC.
• CPR and/or BLS certification required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Experience in a clinic setting with direct patient interactions and procedures.
• Able to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA rules.
• Strong communication and assessment skills, with or without in-person interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborative attitude to work with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care following established protocols.
• Respond to telephonic requests, ensuring reliability and responsiveness to patient needs.
• Provide triage and symptom management, remote or in-person.
• Review medications and manage refills and prior authorizations.
• Educate patients and coordinate care plans across provider panels.
• Engage with patients and caregivers to support preventative care and avoid ED visits.
• Participate in care team meetings and daily huddles.
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences with respectful care.
• Perform point-of-care testing and phlebotomy as required by location.
