Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in New Jersey. The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing, care coordination, and patient/family education.

The position requires an active NJ RN license, BLS/CPR within 60 days of hire, and at least six months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency participation. BSN in progress or planned within three years is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have an active RN license to practice in New Jersey (NJ).
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire is required.
• Minimum six months of nursing experience or active participation in Nurse Residency program.
• BSN in progress or willingness to pursue within three years of hire.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs, stand for six hours daily, and work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate and supervise nursing care, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety.
• Document care and patient responses using electronic medical records and CPOE systems.
