Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to provide patient-centered care across diverse populations. You will deliver nursing practices in accordance with evidence-based standards and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize health outcomes.

The role requires an active NJ RN license and BLS/CPR certification, with BSN strongly preferred or to be obtained within 3 years.

Qualifications

Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
1 Year Of RN Experience Required

Responsibilities

Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies, and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care for a diverse population.
Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and other health care team members regarding patient status and treatment plans.
Responsibility for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery of medications.
Patient and family-centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness and disease management.
Interdisciplinary collaboration to manage patient plans of care from admission to discharge.
