Qualifications

• Requires active RN license to work at the assigned Hackensack Meridian Health location.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Six months or more nursing experience OR participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be accountable for patient outcomes, and work in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Direct and oversee care delivered by other caregivers through delegation, validation and evaluation.
