Job summary

Boutwells Landing, a Presbyterian Homes & Services community in Oak Park Heights, MN, seeks an Assistant Clinical Administrator to support the Clinical Administrator and lead nursing operations.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, care management, staffing, IDT coordination, and quality initiatives, while developing staff and advancing the community’s mission and resident care standards in a faith-based nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN degree and MN license.
• Strong leadership and communication to promote engaged team.
• Flexibility to relocate to PHS locations in MN, IA or WI.
• Results orientation with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common computer programs.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in the overall administration of the site under the Clinical Administrator.
• Hire, train and manage nurses; coach staff to achieve outcomes.
• Rounding and participation in key site functions (regulatory, care management, staffing, IDT).
• Support policies, procedures and quality management to ensure regulatory compliance.
