Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services – Lake Minnetonka Shores in Spring Park, MN is seeking a Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator to lead the Long Term Care household. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care guided by regulatory and clinical best practices.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, Medication Assistants, Resident Assistants and Resident Aides, work with the Clinical Administrator, and participate in site leadership planning to align care delivery with housing and hospitality goals.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• 2–3 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of gerontological nursing and restorative practices.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise household clinical staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Administrator and Resident Services to blend housing, healthcare and hospitality.
• Participate in site leadership planning to meet operational goals.
