Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) in St. Paul, MN, is seeking a Director of Nursing / Clinical Administrator to lead the Assisted Living clinical team at Highland Path.

The role reports to the Campus Administrator and supervises Clinical Coordinators, RAI staff, and nursing personnel to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate is an RN with leadership experience, CPR certification, and gerontological nursing expertise.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state(s) where practicing (State Board).
• 3–5 years leadership experience in nursing.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Coordinate planning, assessment, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Oversee medical records components for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Supervise nursing supervisors and frontline team members.
