Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants (NAR/CNA/Resident Assistants) to join Boutwells Landing in Oak Park Heights, MN. This position focuses on helping residents with daily activities, mobility, and personal care within a Long Term Care setting.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Nursing Assistant Certification required for Long Term Care.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining regulations and best practices.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition.
• Transfer and assist residents with mobility using gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.
