Job summary
Presbyterian Homes & Services - Lake Minnetonka Shores is seeking a Nurse Manager / Clinical Coordinator to lead the Long Term Care household. The role reports to the Clinical Administrator and oversees RNs, LPNs, and care staff while partnering with the social services team to integrate housing, healthcare, and hospitality for residents.
The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with leadership responsibilities on site and involvement in site-wide planning and program development to ensure
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state(s) practiced.
- 2–3 years of management experience in health care or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the household team to implement and manage clinical staff and programs delivering high-quality resident care.
- Partner with the Licensed Social Worker to blend housing, healthcare, and hospitality for residents.
- Sit as a member of the site leadership team to plan and implement strategies and programs for Quality care and operational goals.
