Job summary

OhioHealth Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across diverse, acute health care settings. The RN is accountable for nursing practice per the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs as appropriate.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care within a multidisciplinary team. Must hold an Ohio RN license and BLS certification; work shifts are variable with weekly hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold BLS Basic Life Support certification.
• RN license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Perform health status assessments for individuals or populations.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluate response to nursing interventions and update care plans as needed.
