Qualifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations - Performs operational tasks as part of daily duties (10%).
