Job summary

The role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for leadership, rounds, and process improvement. Shift is Day, with 24 weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.
• RN licensure in the State of Ohio per Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing health status assessment with planning of care.
• Document and implement nursing interventions to achieve outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans; participate in rounding and process improvement.
