Job summary

OhioHealth Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across diverse acute care settings. The RN is accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing and will delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to policy.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with leadership in process improvement and day-to-day operations within a 24/7 department.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at intervals; revises plan of care.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Operations - Performs day-to-day operations.
