Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 132-bed skilled nursing team. You will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.

This full-time position offers 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) with $36–$40/hour plus shift differentials, medical/dental/vision, PTO and 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted SC RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain all continuing education/licensure requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care per orders and care plans.
• Administer meds, treatments, and procedures safely.
• Assess residents and monitor condition changes.
• Document accurately in clinical records.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; participate in care planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
