Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) to oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care.

You will lead LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff, monitor resident conditions, provide clinical guidance, and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. This on-site role offers a consistent Saturday and Sunday schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Active, unrestricted SC RN license.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
