Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a small, family-oriented setting. We offer Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities with pay of $34–$36/hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered South Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Continuing education required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Lead CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Promote a safe, resident-centered environment.
