Patewood Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced RN to lead nursing care for a 120-bed skilled facility. You will supervise LPNs/CNAs, manage medications, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering compassionate resident-centered care.

This full-time role offers a $3/hour weekend differential, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within our Upstate network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, clean, resident-centered environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
