West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide resident-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the nursing team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and participate in care planning to ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life for residents.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain ongoing continuing education as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely.
• Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition.
• Document accurately in clinical records and PCC as needed.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; participate in care planning meetings.
• Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies promptly.
