Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes.

This part-time role offers competitive pay ($26–$30/hour) with up to $3/hour shift differential, flexible scheduling, and PRN opportunities within a supportive culture in our 132-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Active SC LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Maintains continuing education and licensure requirements
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs (certified nursing assistants)
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and team members
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and PCC/clinical systems
