Job summary

Patewood Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents and maintain clinical excellence in a 120-bed skilled facility. You will supervise staff, administer medications as prescribed, monitor patient conditions, and ensure accurate documentation while promoting a safe, resident-centered environment.

We offer competitive pay of $34–$41/hour and first/third shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Continuing education and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
