Job summary

Piedmont Post Acute, an 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Piedmont, SC, seeks a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 3rd shift (7p-7a). You will provide direct care, administer medications, monitor residents, and support CNAs within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Continuing education and good standing with State Board of Nursing required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Supervise and support CNAs to maintain quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
