Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for day and night shifts to deliver high-quality care across our cottage-style units.

You will lead care teams, supervise LPNs and CNAs, administer medications, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while supporting residents with compassionate, individualized attention.

Qualifications

• Active SC RN license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain CE credits and good standing with the SC Board.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to remain active throughout shift (walking between cottages).

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy. Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care within our cottage-style units. You will play a key leadership role in coordinating care, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, individualized attention.
