Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care in our 144-bed skilled nursing setting on 12-hour shifts. You’ll support residents with ADLs and mobility in a cottage-style environment with on-site managers and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification (required).
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to remain active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment; collaborate with nurses and care team to follow care plans
