Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute – Greer, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Day & Night shifts. You will deliver high-quality nursing care across cottage-style units and lead a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure resident well-being.

We offer competitive pay of $35–$41 per hour with $3 night differential and $8 weekend differential, along with 12-hour shifts and on-site leadership support. Join a structured environment focused on teamwork and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered SC RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to remain active throughout shift (walking between cottages).

Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy.
