Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute - Greer, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day or night shifts in our cottage-style, 144-bed facility. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support residents across 12-hour shifts.

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Compassion for an underserved population
• Ability to be active and mobile throughout the shift (walking between cottages required)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
